Ristorante molto raffinato situato di fronte al mare con una terrazza che offre una vista suggestiva e romantica. A disposizione un ampio spazio esterno per posteggiare. L'accoglienza è cordiale e familiare. Il proprietario molto presente dona un tocco di simpatia e familiarità, il personale risulta professionale, preparato e disponibile ma mai invadente donando pronta assistenza sia nella scelta dei vini che dei piatti. L'offerta gastronomica è ampia e varia e fa apprezzare una materia prima eccellente e rispettata dallo chef. Piatti raffinati ma abbondanti e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. È uno di quei locali che lasciano il segno positivamente e inducono a tornarci per provare altre portate del menù

I've been a loyal customer of Byblos for years, celebrating birthdays, hosting gatherings, and always appreciating its warm atmosphere and flavorful cuisine. Unfortunately, my latest visit has completely changed my perception of this once-beloved restaurant. After finally getting a chance to step out for a rare lunch date, leaving our two young children at home, my husband and I were excited to return to Byblos. We confirmed our reservation days in advance to ensure a smooth experience. However, upon arrival, we were informed that our booking was nowhere to be found. When I showed proof of my confirmation call, the host dismissed it outright, offering no apology or any effort to correct the oversight. Instead, we were met with rudeness and indifference. Such a lack of professionalism and courtesy was astonishing, especially from a place I once recommended so enthusiastically. It's disheartening when a restaurant that felt welcoming and special suddenly makes you feel like an afterthought. Regrettably, after this incident, I no longer feel inclined to return to Byblos. It's sad to lose confidence in a longtime favorite, but respect and service matter just as much as the food, and on this occasion both were sorely lacking. When I showed proof of the confirmation call, the manager ignored it, without apologizing or attempting to resolve the issue. On the contrary, we received only rudeness and indifference. Such a lack of professionalism and courtesy was disconcerting, especially from a venue I once enthusiastically recommended. It's disappointing when a restaurant that used to make you feel welcomed and special suddenly manages to make you feel extravagant. After this episode, unfortunately I no longer feel like returning to Byblos. It's sad to lose faith in a place you once considered one of your favourites, but respect and service count as much as food and, on this occasion, both fell short. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
