Veramente bravi questi ragazzi! Appassionati e simpatici oltre che molto creativi! Gli hamburger sono davvero molto buoni, una cosa che vi consiglio sono le salse fatte in casa!

I went there with my father and frankly incredibly good, the woman at the counter very friendly, very spacious place a little less for the parking but otherwise crazy clean there decorations inside and just too stylish let's get down to business, quality meat fresh produce favorite for the Everest Burger which is just magnificently good full of taste in the mouth a nugget I highly recommend this place!! Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Very spacious Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Spécial Bubble Waffle, Cheesy Frites, Avocado Burger, Frites Patates Douces

DISAPPOINTMENT & SHAMEFUL! My pregnant wife and I decided to try Burgers & Brothers for the first time. Seeing the menu and the places, we were very interested, especially since we are regulars at burger restaurants and have seen everything in many countries. We started with a good feeling: it's beautiful, it's exciting and the menu is very interesting. Come on then! We went to the gentleman for our order. We started to ask for our first burgers on the menu, but there was a misunderstanding. The person who took our order asked us if we wanted menus and we said yes, specifying the name of the sandwich. The gentleman, after asking us again what sandwich we had taken, told us that he had not counted a menu because we had not said so... the joke! We had to pay the difference due to their fault. Having worked in catering, I know that fault or not, we take responsibility and we accept the error without asking the customer for money. But that's not really the most important thing, it's not a big deal. I'm a good audience and I don't like to make a fuss over other people's mistakes. The worst part was that my pregnant wife had sat down so she could eat, seeing as when we entered the restaurant there were tables. We were given a Smood bag and told we couldn't eat inside... so why have a whole room of tables and chairs available if you can't use them, especially in a restaurant ? We had to eat outside on a bench next to a guy who was smoking a joint and another who was drinking a beer, nice... Otherwise, in terms of food, the burger had a little too much sauce which covered the taste of the meat and the fries could have benefited from a little more cooking. The bread was good, a good point. But, poor service when it comes to orders. I can't speak to the comfort of the place, since the tables and chairs were actually decoration. And if you're pregnant, forget about sitting at a table. ABOVE ALL, REPEAT YOUR ORDER SEVERAL TIMES! Oh yes, we can say bad things about McDonald's, but we have a table and if they make a mistake with the orders, they don't charge you the difference. Cordial greetings. Maybe for next time we should add flashing neon lights. As for the order error, we love life's little surprises, don't we? Rest assured, we are taking note and will do better.
