I recently discovered this place and was fascinated by the history behind the brand and the location itself. It’s cozy and intimate. 10+ for the staff — super friendly — and of course 10+ for the food. The burgers are delicious! I tried the vegan burger as well as the chunky burger, and both were amazing. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area. Great job — keep it up! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was here for the first time this afternoon. I finally managed to visit the highly praised BurgerChuchi in Winterthur. All employees were very nice, well-positioned and helpful. The boss personally explains the order options to me in a friendly, short and understandable way. For CHF 20 I got a burger with raclette cheese, with a sauce of your choice, with vegetables of your choice and all in bread of your choice. French fries and a drink of your choice were also served. With 10 minutes ahead of the big rush, I was lucky and found a free seat at one of the few tables. I was totally surprised and happy that there were even knives and forks on the tables. I like a good burger, but I can never manage to open my mouth wide enough and I hate the inevitable drooling. The plate with my order looked very nice, the burger piled high and I was looking forward to the first bite. The burger was very tasty but unfortunately cold. The reason was all the chilled vegetables. Unfortunately, the patty was quite dry and the spicy BBQ sauce wasn't spicy at all. I was quite disappointed after so much praise. It's also incomprehensible to me that people get their vegetables from wholesalers when they pride themselves on regional products. There is a vegetable market practically on the doorstep every Tuesday and Friday. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
