When the food truck opened in Château-d'Oex, the hamburgers were of great quality, the potatoes were on point and the service was spectacular. It was the best hamburgers and potatoes. As time went by, everything got worse. The potatoes look cooked and only taste like oil. There are never 2 portions of chicken to put in the "big American" or the staff often don't know that you can change the burger from beef to chicken. At the trailer near Gruyères, we tried it once, we placed the order, we waited in the car, when we went to see if it was ready, the employee told us that there was no chicken for our hamburgers, 20 minutes of waiting for it to come without hamburgers. Unfortunately we gave up going to the burger station. Because it was always a disappointment. I give it 2 stars just because at first they were very good, at this point it doesn't even deserve one star. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
