The fries was cooked in old oil, the bun wasn’t fresh, and due to countless trucks parked in the area, generally speaking they look like they don’t care about their clients, because anyway they will have. This is the worst experience i had in a Bk in swiss. I ordered a kids menu. 1st there was no toy for the box, was okay with me. 2nd the person in the shop gave me the kids food in a normal package the only reason to order kids box is for the kid and they want it in it. When i asked for why is it like this he just gave the box seperately, and i insisted them to give it inside. This is not a franchise level service and doesn’t meet the standards. Price per person: CHF 30–40 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
