As a die-hard Burger King fan, I am really disappointed and shocked by my last visit to Burger King Winterthur on Marktgasse. Here are my experiences: First I ordered my food from the machine. Everything went well at first – until I went to the toilet. The men's toilet was in an absolutely unacceptable condition. The smell was worse than a Toi Toi that had been left in the sun for days. It smelled like there was something rotting there. The smell of urine stung your eyes, and the dirt in the toilet was so extreme that you wished you couldn't see anything anymore. I narrowly avoided feeling sick and went back to the waiting area. After my number was called, the employee wordlessly pressed a bag into my hand - without a “bon appetit” or “thanks for visiting.” The drink I ordered with it had been sitting around for a while because no one had picked it up before. So I ask myself: How long has this been there? In view of this, I decided to leave the restaurant as quickly as possible instead of eating there, because the dirty, crowded tables did not invite anyone to linger. I finally unpacked my food on the bus – and experienced the next shock. The fries, which I usually love, were cold and soggy. The chilli cheese nuggets were also cold and rubbery, and the burgers weren't of the quality that I know from other branches. You could now say: “Yes, you must have had a bad day.” But no - the condition has often been borderline, but this time it was simply unbearable. Dear Burger King Team Winterthur, what you offer at Untertor 33 is simply a disgrace! I won't be coming back anytime soon unless something changes immediately! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dear Burger King team, I recently visited your branch in Winterthur at lunchtime, around 1 p.m., because I wanted to order a Whopper. To my surprise, however, the employee informed me that only chicken nuggets were available and that hamburgers or Whoppers could no longer be offered. For lunchtime, when many guests hope for a full menu of food, this was it very disappointing.
