Bad experience today at Burger King Lancy/Onex. I wanted to get a Coca Cola glass with a King menu but I had to read the very small (illegible) lines on the advertising board. The drink is only offered with a King menu and not a King Deal menu! This is the information that I received in a very unpleasant manner from the site manager. No tact or hello when he came to me, he just applied the rules like a officer to his troop. This attitude is unacceptable! To err is human and he could have made a commercial gesture by offering me this drink. Isn't Burger King making enough money to save money by annoying its customers?
