Esperienza molto negativa, quando la ragazza al banco fa finta di non comprendere la semplice richiesta "two coffees" solo perché italiani! Deludente

This is not the first time we ate there and also won’t t be the last time as well. We had good experience everytime at this burger king. This is located next to the migros on masanstrasse (near to the highway exit and entry) and most of the time its not crowded. we always had well fried crispy pommes frittes as they do it a la minute mostly. the staff also very nice and friendly and they would also bring you the food where you seated. this is our favourite fast food restaurant in chur and we would love to go again. You can only order on the automats but you can either pay by card or cash at the kasse. Also to mention that the place was so clean and the WC also well maintained. This BK does it better than others for sure!!! A big thanks and compliments for the great team. Parking: 2 hours parking free just in front of the restaurant.
