I used to love BUN-D when it first opened in Vicenza, and it was one of my favorite place to eat. Unfortunately, the value has declined immensely since then. Considering that several of their locations have closed, one would expect the company to focus on improving customer satisfaction. But instead, it's feeling like they are taking advantage of the US service members and their dependents, the very ones who make up a large part of their daily customer base. The prices have increased, the portions have drastically been reduced and today I was charged €2.50 for a to go plastic lid. Excessive, considering that this extra charge was not present in the beginning. Unfortunately, the overall value is no longer the same. The business seems to have taken a rather disappointing turn, and unless significant changes are made, I will no longer support this establishment. Nor will I recommend it. Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
