We had one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. The restaurant itself was dirty, and the service was incredibly slow. We decided to give it a chance anyway because we were very hungry. Unfortunately, things only got worse. The meat was still raw, our order was mixed up, and several basic ingredients that were supposed to be included were missing. When we politely pointed this out, instead of apologizing or fixing the mistakes, one of the staff members became aggressive, rude, and extremely disrespectful. We were told to leave the restaurant. Then they asked where we were from and proceeded to insult and belittle both us and our country. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and has no place in hospitality. The only positive part of our visit was the young waitress. She was kind, professional, and even apologized for her colleague’s behavior. We truly felt sorry that she had to deal with such an embarrassing situation. We cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Poor hygiene, terrible service, undercooked food, and shockingly offensive treatment of customers made this a truly awful experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So I started with food , finally after a long time I got an option for chicken in italy and that was very good and juicy chicken tortilja in buki burger & more but I think it will be better if it will be grilled and served with some fries and deep or else order taker should inform before if we need to pay extra for that so we can pay but atleast enjoy the full food not only the half food..! But overall everything was good and I hope I will visit again soon at the same shop .! Price per person: €15–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: Yes Dietary restrictions: Haven't ask order taker
