Begehrt auch die wenigen Plätze in den Weinhütten. Gekocht wird klassisch-regional - da darf das Cordon bleu mit Mutschli-Käse nicht fehlen...

Restaurant Buech is one of those peaceful places you find yourself wanting to return to. Set among open fields, with a terrace overlooking the Alps, it offers a perfect setting for family gatherings – just like the birthday celebration we shared for my daughter. The kitchen draws on local ingredients – fresh produce from regional farmers and wine from their own vineyard. The flavors are honest, the presentation minimal yet thoughtful, with a surprising depth in every dish. Service is discreet and professional, adding to the experience in a natural, effortless way. Buech captures something quintessentially Swiss – calm, order, and understated elegance. I’m especially grateful we could enjoy this time with our dog Flöki – places that welcome four-legged companions are truly special to me.
