Very small selection for ridiculous prices, calling it brunch is an exaggeration. "From shakshuka to bagels to avo toasts" is actually all they have there - so online it should say "shakshuka, bagels & avo toast". Completely carelessly prepared and served, small portion, unspectacular taste, expensive prices. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Regarding brunch August 1st: This brunch cost 38 CHF. Which is a joke for what was offered because none of it tasted good. 1. There was only 1 type of bread plus plaited bread. However, after a 1/2 hour start (10:30 a.m.), this was already finished at 11:00 a.m. and we, for example, only arrived at 11:00 a.m. because it was announced until 1:30 p.m. 2. There was only the most horrible and cheapest cold cuts that you can buy in bulk - all from pork. Nothing about where I eat, for example. There was no turkey or chicken ham, Serrano ham or salmon. Just what you see in the picture. 3. "A variation of Rösti + poached eggs" was announced: There was a mini Rösti with a poached egg on top and 1 slice of salmon. 1 piece per person and NO VARIATION. PLUS it was ICE COLD and not even warmed up! 4. Otherwise there was 1 type of cheap and sticky cereal, milk and apple juice. No other juices or anything like that either. 4. Dessert was 1x lemon cake and 1x carrot cake. I only tried the carrot cake and found it extremely bad, too sweet and not at all like a carrot cake. 5. Only the coffee tasted good, although there was no cappuccino or latte, only black coffee or espresso. 6. Except for one very young gentleman, the staff couldn't speak any German and stood around looking bored and very very unsympathetic without a smile or any facial expression at all. Something like that is impossible! Conclusion: Never have brunch at Brunchfactory again. Pure rip-off!
