I picked up a Rösti pretzel for my daughter here in Baden, and when I asked the saleswoman if she could warm it up for me, she said she had already turned everything off!! at 7:30 p.m. even though they were open until 9 p.m.! The pretzel totally dried out and cold! thanks for nothing!! I really don't know where they get such employees from!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Although the location is good right next to the train station, there are a lot of people walking through there, which sometimes conflicts a bit with the queue in front of the Brezelkönig. But the food is, as always, very good! It's great for buying something to eat just before the train
