I visited toda curious to try something new, and while the experience left me with mixed feelings, I’m genuinely willing to give it another shot. The bread is good — you can tell there’s quality there — but unfortunately it was a bit dry on my visit. It seems like the display and storage setup could use some improvement: the baked goods are left out in the open air without any cover or proper display case to keep them fresh. That’s a shame, because it affects the final product more than it should. The service felt slightly off too — hard to put my finger on exactly, but the attention just didn’t feel quite right. That said, I’m not writing it off. The potential is there, and I plan to go back for a second chance. As a sourdough-loving person from the San Francisco area living in Switzerland, discovering Bread.Love has been a transformational revelation.
