Questo pub & bar serve una deliziosa birra. L'amichevole personale accoglie sempre i visitatori al meglio, in qualsiasi momento dell'anno. Rimarrai sicuramente contento dell'ottimo servizio. We were at the brewery on April 13th with 28 people. The location (a converted stable) is really cool and very cozy. The brewery tour, accompanied with a beer in hand, was short and sweet and yet very informative (Bettina, baptism of fire passed! You did a great job!). The subsequent beer tasting with Emmental aperitif platters was also excellent. The main course, however, was a bit disappointing (hence only 4 stars). The hamburger declared as a "Brauschüür" burger was an unconvincing "Kebab Shop" hamburger in takeaway packaging, which (in our opinion) is in no way worthy of the Brauschüür. However, since everything else was great, we can still recommend the Bräuschüre with a clear conscience! Cheers everyone!
