Siamo stati a cena questa sera in questo particolarissimo locale proprio sopra al parco degli orsi. Partiamo dall' accoglienza, un ringraziamento speciale a Luca per la sua gentilezza e professionalità, molte volte non basta saper fare il proprio lavoro, ma è importante trasmettere la propria passione agli altri! Passiamo al cibo ottimo e abbondante, alla birra buonissima... Che dire, non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Grazie mille! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

9 December 2023 I visite Bern at first time and decided to have a lunch in Altes Tramdepot Brauerei Restaurant. I was a solo-tourist. Hostess Kash said me, that there was not a free table, that I needed to wait for 15 minutes. But when came two people before me and than after me he gave them free tables. It were appered suddenly. Hostess offered me the worst place near bar. Waiters didn't come to me for a long time. Than I saw many free tables and take a seat near one of them. A few minutes later waiter wrote my order, than brought a food. Hostess Kash saw it and tell main waiter Chloe about it. Chloe was rude with me, told me that all free tables were booked, but it was not any sign of reservation on tables. After 10 minutes l left this Restaurant. They don't like solo person and don't want give a table to solo person. They are glad to keep a table for two person or for company. It was an awful service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 30–40
