Unfortunately the restaurant has become very bad for 2 months. The staff has been replaced and the new employees in no way come close to the level of the previous staff. I have experienced unfriendly staff who unfortunately do not radiate hospitality, let alone warmth. It's also a shame that the quality of the food (the bread was dry, no butter, the schnitzel was tough, ... the wine with cream of tartar, ...) has become significantly worse. I am disappointed and wish that the previous team led by Ms. B. or her successor Ms. E. would be back on site, because they were always warm, service-oriented and friendly. Not to be compared with the current team (unfortunately there is only one exception that I know of). As long as the team remains in this constellation, I will no longer be a restaurant guest. I hope that something changes very quickly so that the high prices match the level (service and food quality) in the Brasserie Löwen. This is definitely not the case at the moment. All information provided in this review is my personal view and is based on numerous (>40) visits to the brasserie. Service: 2 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great view

Your detailed description helps us to better understand and address the problems. We prefer personal contact on site and not via an online platform. In retrospect, it is difficult to be able to react or explain the situation We take your feedback very seriously and will review the points described internally. We are particularly sorry to hear that the new team was unable to meet your expectations. Your long-standing trust and loyalty to our restaurant is very important to us, and we regret that we have recently disappointed you. We are working to resolve the issues mentioned in order to return to the high standards that you and all guests have come to expect from us. Best regards, Christoph Ruckli More
