The menu focuses on hearty Swiss classics done well. The rösti is crisp and comforting, and the apple fritters with vanilla sauce are a real highlight—easily worth saving room for. There’s a good balance between filling mountain dishes and lighter options, so it works just as well for a proper lunch as for a relaxed snack during a hike or ski day.
