Very disappointing experience – extremely rude service We visited Bracera in Sutivan when the season was already coming to an end, and the restaurant was far from full. There were several empty tables. After we had already ordered, we moved to a slightly larger table, and the older blonde waitress with short hair reacted extremely rudely. She told us that we had changed tables and explained that at their restaurant every waiter has their own section, as if moving to another empty table was some kind of serious problem. The way she addressed us was completely unacceptable and unnecessarily rude. We were paying customers, there were several empty tables, and there was absolutely no reason to speak to us in such a disrespectful manner over something so trivial. Had we known there was any other option nearby, and had we not already ordered and been hungry, we would have simply gotten up and left. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The attitude of this older blonde waitress with short hair completely ruined our experience. We will never come back.
