Ci sono tornata dopo tanti anni locale sporco, puzza, tutti i giochi mal tenuti e pieni di polvere … un peccato perché li’ oltre che hai giovani ci vanno le famiglie con i bambini …

Unfortunately I have to correct the previous (positive) review since I didn't have a good evening. First we booked ourselves for bowling. The boy estimated a quarter of an hour's wait when in reality we waited more than 45 minutes (this is because many groups started a second game, this detail will be needed later). While waiting we played at the table football, which even stole one token out of 4 (this underlines the general degree of neglect of all the equipment, in fact even the bowling machine made the left pin fall every 2 shots). After the wait we played bowling, and halfway through the game one of my friends went to ask for a second game (we already know that we need to notify well in advance because they have already made a fuss about it other times that we had to ask first). We were booked for the next game as long as we paid before starting it. So before finishing the first game (on the tenth shot), we went to the checkout to discover that we would have to get back in line because they had already let the next group through. Obviously they gave various justifications (that there were a lot of people and those who were about to play had already waited) and that we hadn't paid in advance and other things, ignoring the fact that right before we had to wait for people who played 2 consecutive games. Any explanation from us is useless, but the thing that is most disappointing is NOT hearing a "sorry" from either of the two guys at the counter, practically as if the fault was ours alone. I care about this place since I've been going there since I was a child and it also makes me smile that some bowling screens (specifically those with the orange scoreboard on a blue background) are still the same as they used to be. Obviously there were other managements that were slightly more respectful towards customers. In fact, my previous review gave this place 5 stars, and I also followed bowling300 on Instagram (not that it's that relevant). The problem, in addition to some malfunctions which, although annoying, can be overlooked, is the staff who risk turning a quiet evening spent in company into a bad experience. What I will do and what I recommend doing to avoid a priori such an episode happening to me again is to consider other similar places (they are not very far away and generally offer a better service), I apologize for the long review, but I hope it can be useful to others.
