I come every day for cake or bread. Today a blonde lady was at reception. She sold 2 fruit tarts to a customer of mine and one was not good. I asked to change it for something else 1 minute later and she refused, saying that the boss was not there and that the cake was good so She didn't want to change or give me an option. I said I don't like this cake, she told me that my client wouldn't buy it from me even though I don't like it! Lost customer, it’s a shame as it was thrown away. Not nice or understandable Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
