Excellent quality of croissants but the staff is arrogant and not polite especially on the phone. Response 10/30/2024 Sir, I recognized my mistake, just know that the arrogant and impolite tone of your charming saleswoman disconcerted me. In addition, it seems to me that the order was honored by my husband, he came on his lunch break. I actually admit my mistake. What's just not nice is the tone used by the charming saleswoman. On the other hand, your croissants made a team of workers happy for their lunch. Know that I always recognize my mistakes and that I always make sure to take responsibility for the consequences. Only I reiterate, your saleswoman just took me for a person of little spirit. I just followed my husband's words, my mistake was not in my control. Here's a good day for you. When the saleswoman called you at 11 a.m. because you hadn't yet come to pick up your order, you told her yes, in Courtepin. However, our bakery is in Givisiez. So you went to the wrong bakery, which you refused to hear. Our saleswoman just told you that it was annoying for us to have to throw away 25 croissants.
