I am very unhappy, I bought a Galette des Rois from this Baker-Pastry Chef for me and a friend who was visiting me and the consistency of the almond cream is runny as if it were soup. I brought proof to this pastry and I was told that it was normal. I've been eating pancakes for 30 years and I've never had a pancake with this texture.
