Although the pastry looks very nice the quality is just regular. And the people working behind the counter are simply rude. With the new boulangerie down the road I think they could do some effort to be nice to the customers at least. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback,We're sorry to hear that your visit didn't fully live up to your expectations. Please know that all of our products are made in-house, in the traditional artisanal way and fresh every day — quality and care are truly at the heart of what we do.We're also sorry if our team came across as unfriendly. That was certainly not their intention: our staff mainly works in French, and what may have felt like coldness was very likely the discomfort of not being able to communicate with you as warmly as they would have liked. We'll gladly remind our teams to make every guest feel welcome, whatever the language. We'd be delighted to welcome you back and show you the very best of what we do. We also stay at your disposal for any other comment or discussion you would like to have at [email protected] regards,Laurent & Thomas
