Esperienza bellissima Benedetta ci ha coccolati tutto il tempo, abbiamo optato per la formula pranzo e piscina, i piatti con ingredienti di prima qualità erano una scoperta dietro l’altra, il posto curato nei minimi dettagli e la disponibilità della padrona di casa ci hanno fatto trascorrere una splendida giornata.. torneremo sicuramente! If you're staying in Tuscany, hiring Benedetta from Bosco Di Mezzo Home Restaurant is an absolute must. We loved Benedetta and her staff from the moment we met them. They made us feel so welcome and truly treated our family like we were part of theirs. We hired Benedetta to prepare three private dinners during our stay, and each meal somehow managed to be even better than the last. The food was absolutely outstanding—some of the best fresh, home-cooked, locally sourced food we've ever had. You can immediately tell how passionate Benedetta is about what she does, especially when it comes to sourcing the freshest local ingredients. Before our trip, I let Benedetta know that we had a vegetarian in our group, and she happily created multiple delicious options that never felt like an afterthought. She also graciously accommodated the tastes of some of the younger children in our group without hesitation, making everyone feel welcome and included. One of the highlights of every meal was the tomatoes. They were unbelievably fresh and flavorful, and we couldn't stop talking about them. Benedetta noticed how much we loved them and incorporated even more tomato dishes into the following evenings' menus, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. Beyond being an incredible chef, Benedetta is an incredibly kind person. During our stay, my dad became ill, and she went above and beyond to support our family. She stayed in constant communication with us, checked in regularly, and offered help however she could. Her compassion meant just as much to us as her incredible cooking. Benedetta and her staff created so much more than amazing meals—they created unforgettable evenings around the table with our family. We left looking forward to dinner every night, and those meals became some of our favorite memories from the trip. I cannot wait to come back to Tuscany and have Benedetta cook for us again. If you're considering booking Bosco Di Mezzo Home Restaurant for a private dinner, don't hesitate. It will be one of the highlights of your trip.
