Indien trifft auf Graubünden

Mein Name ist Shibu und ich stamme ursprünglich aus Kerala in Indien, lebe und arbeite jedoch bereits seit 2006 in Graubünden. Wohnhaft bin ich im schönen Prättigau, nämlich im Bergdorf Fanas.

Ich bin mit der indischen Küche genau so vertraut wie mit den Bündner Spezialitäten: Capuns, eine feine Röschti oder Bündner Gerstensuppe finden Sie bei mir auch regelmässig im Angebot.

Thanks. Ordered from Restaurant Bongert for the first time today. And we are really very excited. The breaded schnitzels were just perfect. (As an Austrian, I can judge that.) The Cordon Bleu too. And the alpine farmers too. I drank the last mango lassi in Thailand that was as delicious as the one from the Bongert. We would like to thank the very kind boss and cook for the delicious food! We hope to be able to visit her in her restaurant soon so that we can have such good food again.
