I found Mrs. Daniela by chance, while I was looking for a pastry shop where I could organize and collect refreshments for my birthday (20 guests in total). I felt very comfortable. We made an appointment with Daniela 10 days before the party, to choose together which dishes absolutely couldn't be missing and she, very kind, also recommended some gems, including pumpkin lasagne and Erbazzone. Pizzas, gastronomic panettone, sweet sandwiches stuffed with cured meats, savory viennoiserie, Russian salad, biscuits and sweet pastries, the "small" catering I ordered was a success, all the guests left the table full and satisfied. The truly excellent quality of each course, prepared entirely by hand (including sandwiches) and with excellent ingredients, is one of the strong points of Bolle di Sapore, together with the excellent price of the service. I highly recommend anyone who lives in San Giorgio di Piano and the surrounding areas to contact Mrs. Daniela to organize the reception for your birthday, corporate event, graduation party, baptism, communion or confirmation. You won't be disappointed at all! Vegetarian options: The vegetarian dishes were a great success among both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Among these I consider the pumpkin lasagne, the erbazzone, the pizzas, the sweet sandwiches stuffed with cheese, the Russian salad and the gastronomic panettone stuffed with garden salad and mayonnaise, the biscuits and the cream puffs with three creams (milk cream, pistachio and chocolate).
