I’ve been coming to Bold Coffee mainly for the coffee, and it’s always been top-notch. They offer a small but excellent selection of both international and local roasters, and everything I’ve tried has been outstanding. Recently, though, the food has stepped up in a big way. The cakes are exceptional, moist, rich, and far from the dry, forgettable kind you sometimes get (even the vegan option is super good, which is quite rare, frankly). The peanut butter brownie is a standout, honestly dangerously good. One of the few coffee shops in Lausanne that actually does batch brew properly. Only Good beans, no sad pot that’s been sitting around for hours. They just care and that make a real difference. Friendly barista, great coffee, and now genuinely excellent sweets. Definitely worth the visit, not just for specialty coffee anymore. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Absolutely one of the best barista coffee shops in Lausanne! The coffee and cake selection is fantastic, and the young Spanish owner is incredibly friendly—a true barista talent who speaks multiple languages and makes every single person feel welcome ;(always smiling!)If I could offer one small, constructive suggestion, it would be to refine the seating arrangement and interior design just a little to make an already great space even more comfortable. That said, I truly recommend this place without hesitation. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It’s so rare for specialty coffee places to also have amazing matcha! I loved the matcha here the staff was also very friendly, can only recommend Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
