We recently had the pleasure of having lunch at Bohème in Rheinfelden, and the experience was truly memorable. The setting is thoughtfully designed, with a minimalist yet classy decor, complemented by soft background music that helps create a relaxed and pleasant mood. There were two of us, and we chose a vegetarian dish based on lentils, which was carefully prepared and presented with a creative touch that we greatly appreciated. The lentils were perfectly cooked, enhanced with well-balanced spices and the freshest ingredients—a clear sign of the kitchen's dedication to quality. The appetizer, served at just the right moment, was exquisite and delightfully flavorful: a selection of small bites designed to awaken the palate, offering a harmonious balance of textures and tastes. The tea we enjoyed afterward—a delicate yet intense blend—also exceeded expectations, showing attention even in the simplest of details. Recensione Ristorante Bohème – Rheinfelden (Svizzera) Abbiamo recentemente avuto il piacere di pranzare al ristorante Bohème a Rheinfelden e l’esperienza è stata davvero memorabile. Il locale si distingue per un'atmosfera raffinata ed elegante, perfetta sia per una serata romantica che per un momento di quiete e buon gusto lontano dal trambusto quotidiano. L'ambiente è curato nei dettagli, con un design sobrio ma di grande classe, accompagnato da una musica di sottofondo discreta che contribuisce a creare un clima rilassato e piacevole. Eravamo in due e abbiamo scelto un piatto vegetariano a base di lenticchie, preparato con grande cura e presentato con un tocco creativo che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Le lenticchie erano perfettamente cotte, arricchite da spezie ben dosate e ingredienti freschissimi, a conferma dell'attenzione che la cucina dedica alla qualità delle materie prime. L'antipasto, servito con tempi perfetti, era squisito e sorprendentemente vivace nei sapori: una combinazione di piccoli assaggi pensati per stuzzicare il palato, con un equilibrio armonioso tra consistenze e gusti. Anche il tè che ci è stato servito – una miscela delicata ma intensa – ha superato le aspettative, confermando la cura anche nei dettagli più semplici. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: il personale ci ha accolto con gentilezza e professionalità, sempre presente ma mai invadente. Si percepisce una sincera passione per l’ospitalità, che rende il tutto ancora più piacevole. In conclusione, Bohème è una perla nascosta che merita sicuramente una visita. Un ristorante dove la cucina vegetariana viene valorizzata con creatività, il servizio è attento e l’ambiente invita al relax. Great experience at Bohème Art-Restaurant. We had their pierogi dish (3 options available: vegi, meat or mushrooms), which was exquisite. The dish was flavourful, with taught out plating and ingredient combinations. The service was friendly and considerate. Price wise it was average for Swizterland, but considering the food quality, it was definitely worth it. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, you won't be disappointed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 30–40
