I'm nervous to recommend it too much as it will become inundated with Yanks ;)

Wonderful Brewery in Switzerland a little away from the big cities. Amazing location with brewery and restaurant - great tasting hand crafted beers and extrem friendly staff. Take care and best regards cap collector Mathias
