Tutto ottimo, dalle stanze al personale! Una guest house molto tranquilla e pulita vicinissima all'autostrada, quindi molto comoda per chi viaggia. Si può cenare e anche fare la colazione che è ottima e per tutti i gusti!

Sono appena tornata dopo una notte, dopo anni di soggiorno in questa struttura voglio ringraziare a tutto il personale, molto accoglienti, gentilissimi e non aggiungo altro, tornerò tutte le volte che sarò in viaggio, consiglio vivamente.

The lady at reception was very friendly and the admission was uncomplicated. Unfortunately, the booked room did not correspond to the level that was presented. Deviations are always possible - but the bathroom was heavily infested with mold on the joints and on the floor. The walls were soiled in many places. There were no hygiene items in the bathroom. I got an allergic reaction from the mold all night - this room corresponded to a storage room with five beds. Since there was currently high water in Slovenia, I wanted to spare myself any concerns with the hotel management. I have passed this on to the booking company accordingly and the hotel owner has not shown any understanding - you have to put up with the general pictures presented of the rooms - and not specific ones. One should think hard about whether this approach represents professionalism and competence, with terms such as sustainability or allergy-friendly hotel - far from all. It doesn't have to be modern or anything else - criticism is there to improve yourself - constructive criticism has never hurt anyone - not even you - Rooms: 1 Service: 4 Location: 1
