As a travel consultant, Iām always looking for authentic local restaurants, and Bistro Pjat in Zadar did not disappoint. We visited for dinner as a family and enjoyed a wonderful meal. The cod fritters were an excellent way to start the evening, crispy, flavourful, and easily one of the highlights of the meal. For the mains, we chose the shrimp risotto, clams, and fried calamari. Every dish was fresh, well-presented, and packed with flavour, showcasing the quality of the local seafood. To finish, the āMille-feuilleā dessert was simply divine, a perfect ending to an excellent meal. Everything was complemented by a local wine, recommended by the staff, which paired beautifully with the food. Combined with friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere, Bistro Pjat offers a genuine dining experience in the heart of Zadar. If you're visiting the city and looking for great seafood and Croatian cuisine, I would highly recommend adding this restaurant to your itinerary.
