August 2024 - We had dinner reservations and the restaurant was full. We order an aperitif and the manager tells us that he doesn't have what we want. I show him on the menu that the cocktail is on offer and he tells me that he doesn't have time to make us cocktails this evening and that we have to choose something else quickly, but finally agrees to make us spritzes ( filthy, no taste it looks like they were cut with water). We had to ask 5x and 3 different people for a high chair and glasses for our water. The manager was not very friendly and in a hurry. He came to take our order while we still had our noses in the cards. The dishes arrived and the fries and the croquettes were overcooked, the cevap did not have the same taste depending on the plate but the fish was very good. People were leaving before even being served because it took too long. The chef spoke very poorly to the employees and even dared to make a comment about a waiter ("my colleague is sleeping" while rolling his eyes) when he was clearly the most efficient. Two days before my grandfather (95 years old) asked if it was possible to make pasta carbonara with other pasta than spaghetti as presented on the menu, he was firmly told no, that he had not no time and he was rushed to choose something else. He eventually left and went elsewhere. And we clearly should have done the same Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €15–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There were great views and fantastic food; Lukas was accommodating and made our experience even better
Wir waren gestern Abend im Bistro Lukas essen und es war hervorragend!!!! Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen war sehr sehr lecker und Preis Leistung sehr gut ! Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen
