However, as the cancellation request was made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, it falls within the non-refundable period outlined in the booking policy. According to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking, cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a full cancellation fee. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund for this reservation.
