Great local craft beer, with a variety of different styles including IPAs and sours. Super kind and friendly owners. Unique setting and chilled atmosphere in an old train with a large outdoor space. Just note if you don't have a Swiss phone number/the Twint app you will need to pay with cash so stop at the atm on the way. If you like beer you won't be disappointed. I'm ever back in Basel I will definitely be back! Price per person: CHF 1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The space is absolutely stunning and has a unique vibe. Birtel Fahrban perfectly utilized the space of an old railway siding and transformed it into something amazing. It‘s just one of those places where you want to hang out for hours and where time flies. Beers brewed just next door are fine and I mean FINE. Hazy IPA, mango sour and hibiscus special were very tasty, smooth and drinkable. Hops aroma in the IPA was very well balanced with a bitterness and malt sweetness - congrats to a brewer. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
