Cibo mediocre. Risotto allo zafferano senza zafferano, gnocchi di bassissima qualità, costolette d’agnello al tartufo crude e senza tartufo, fish & chips senza fish ma con tanta polenta fritta. Personale gentile ma disattento. Prezzi in linea per essere a Bellagio ma decisamente alti per la qualità. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: €30–40

Ristorante Bilacus was so good we came here twice—once for lunch and then dinner the following day. The staff is incredibly kind. The restaurant is located on a rooftop under a grape vine terrace. When I inquired about the grapes, the server pulled a few off the vines to allow us to try and explained the variety in such great detail. It was one of the few places in Bellagio where I felt like the staff was proud of the food and experience they were providing. For lunch, I recommend the burrata of course. The caserecce with fish sauce was delicious as well as the tagliolini with candied tomato sauce. For dinner the tagliolini with black truffle was fine, but on the plain side. The stars of the night are definitely their catch of the day and grilled meat of the day. They are large enough for 2-4. When I say large, I mean LARGE. There’s a beautiful presentation of the fish/meat before they debone and cut off to the side. They’re happy to let you record the deboning as it’s quite the spectacle. Highly recommend making a dinner reservation if you find yourself in the center of Bellagio! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30
