I was very disappointed with my experience at Bike Park Poseka. The trails themselves are enjoyable, but the owner’s attitude completely ruined it for me. She was rude, unprofessional, and seemed unable to handle any criticism or feedback. Instead of listening to customers and addressing concerns respectfully, she became defensive and dismissive. A business should value honest feedback, even when it’s negative. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope the management learns to treat customers with more respect in the future.
