The shop assistant is amazing, we went two days in a row asking questions and she answered our questions every time, she also took care of our tax refund and served us an amazing espresso.

I come to Venezia 4-5 times every year and always come to the Bialetti store to buy coffee, accessories, etc., to bring back. We have both Moka Express and machine for capsules! Our Moka Express is the old style, but now they have many new modern designs. Always good and friendly service and the best coffee!
