As previously explained, the area in front of the hotel, including the pool and neighboring structures, belongs to the Lido complex and is not part of our property, nor do we have any ownership, control, or influence over its current condition.We understand the visual impression may be disappointing; however, to judge our hotel based on something we are not affiliated with and cannot change is, frankly, unfair and misleading to other travelers. Nowhere on our website or official booking channels do we advertise access to a beach or pool. All relevant details about our facilities are clearly and transparently communicated.Inside our hotel, as you’ve mentioned, everything was “almost perfect” – and we thank you for recognizing that.
