Our pancakes are known for being fluffy, and from the pictures, it’s clear they were not undercooked. Of course, everyone has different tastes, and we respect that. You mentioned to us at the time that the pancakes were undercooked for you, and we immediately offered to bring you a fresh portion cooked to your liking. However, you chose to decline and ended the challenge yourself. We did everything we could to address your concern on the spot, and yet you still gave us a 2 star review ? We offer 7 different sauces with no limit, and it’s important to use them to balance the texture. If you didn’t choose any or not enough, it’s understandable that the pancakes may have seemed dry, but that’s not our fault. We only prepared what you requested. Berrylicious Café
