What can I say, except that this is the place to have a wonderful lunch and drink with nothing short of exceptional views! Claudia the owner came and greeted us personally and talked us through the selection on the (very cute) menu. The food is fresh and delicious, and easily the best priced meal we've had during our entire trip in Switzerland. If you're taking the Brienz Rothorn Bahn, then this is how to spend your time till your return journey, listening to the cow bells as you dine in the fresh alpine air! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 30–40

Sitting on the terrace with a stunning panorama of Lake Brienz and the surrounding mountains is worth the visit alone.
