Great place to take a rest and enjoy delicious food and the wholesome atmosphere amidst the mountains. I stayed in Berghaus Eisee for several days in summer and had a lovely time. The daily changing menu was delicious with traditional local dishes and nowadays also vegetarian and vegan options. You can really feel the team putting their full heart into the dishes, homemade cakes and other small things to make you feel welcome. The rooms offer a basic, comfy accommodation with great views of the mountain environment including many cows and sometimes you can even spot a Capricorn. Also there is a relaxing area with games, books and music. The area around the Berghaus is stunning with several scenic peaks within a short hiking distance, as well as the Eisee, where you can try your luck and fish for a trout. Thank you for the great time! Can't wait to visit in winter ️.
