Ottimo caffè è tra le cose più interessanti che puoi degustare qui. Il successo di locale sarebbe impossibile senza il carinissimo personale. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto del simpatico servizio. I was really looking forward to trying your coffee shop. Upon arrival the barista (the lady with short haircut) wasn’t very pleasant to start with, but ok. Then I asked to make my coffee extra hot (I know it isn’t always correct, since I had my own coffee shop). She said “no”, I can only make it warm. I asked for a latte. It was warm. She was very rude and unpleasant. I have no desire to visit again. It’s such a shame, since it looks like you put your heart into the business, but service is very important to most people. Rude customer service is very unpleasant. The coffee shop looks nice though. Service: 1
