I can hardly believe that one of my sales assistants on the bread side was unfriendly today, as we have a well-trained team today. Furthermore, we don't just have one team member at the checkout, each member of the team serves their customers and also completes the payment process. We at Beck Lyner are very customer-oriented, but the complaint must be made correctly so that we can draw our conclusions for improvement. Yes, we make our vermicelles from a high-quality chestnut puree and therefore don't have to mix in any alcohol, so the chestnut aroma comes into its own better. When it comes to salespeople, I am sure that they are mostly friendly and accommodating. We are not just Swiss in the team either and have long-standing team members with other roots. We are a team and our customers are our customers, nationality doesn't matter. That is our team spirit. I don't know if you've ever worked in sales, our salespeople experience a lot and aren't always ready again straight away, that's human nature. If something really serious has happened, then I ask you to contact me personally and not just anonymously via a review, because then we can investigate and improve something.
