Fantastico. Non ho idea quanto costi una notte in hotel, ma l'ambiente è meraviglioso, gli addetti molto cortesi, posto perfetto per una festa o evento

Only small thing which impressed me, after breakfast I found some bread in my basket was still and I asked waiter to pack for my wife and I can have while traveling to Zermatt by a van. The waiter prepared in boxes which fork knife and jams even napkins. It’s impressed me so much for concerning even in small details.

on December 9th between 5pm and 6.30pm while casually walking near Hôtel Beau-Rivage Genève, I was caught by a sudden downpour. Together with my mother and a friend of ours I was all wet when we asked the Receptionist / Stuart at the entrance of the hotel if he could tell us where to buy an umbrella. His response was surprising: noticing my situation, he asked me if it was for me. After my confirmation, he kindly gave me his umbrella that he was holding in his hand. This gesture not only solved our problem but also made the whole experience unforgettable. The helpfulness and kindness of the hotel staff were beyond expectations, demonstrating a dedication to the well-being of people even if they are not staying in that hotel which goes beyond simple work duty. Although I have not had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, the positive experience with the staff makes me consider it for any future stays in the area. Heartfelt thanks to Receptionist/Stuart for his thoughtful gesture which made a rainy day much brighter. Furthermore, I would like to express my sincere thanks to this guy/gentleman who made our day so pleasant despite the bad weather. Unfortunately, in the rain and at night, I was not able to understand his age very well so unfortunately I cannot provide further details and due to the bad weather I was not even able to grasp any details to be able to provide you with a physical description to help you understand who he was but I hope that through the time slot you will be able to give an identity to this boy, I would like to know his name to be able to give him an identity and to thank him personally for his extraordinary kindness. If possible, please convey my appreciation to him and inform me if possible and only if he would like me to know his name. Thanks again to the guy.
