I haven’t even arrived yet, and I’m already beyond impressed. The Reservation Team at Beau-Rivage Genève, especially Mr. François Chaumont, has been absolutely exceptional. From the very first email, he was professional, responsive, patient, and incredibly accommodating with every detail of my request. The entire process felt smooth, reassuring, and handled with genuine care. This level of service before check-in says everything about the standard of hospitality Beau-Rivage is known for. The hotel’s timeless elegance, stunning lakeside location, and beautiful facilities are already well known — but the warmth and efficiency of the team truly set this experience apart. What an absolutely amazing time spent here. My family and I spent 2 nights there and were greeted by Zoe who was so delightful and professional. The concierge staff and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. The food and accommodation was all outstanding. Thank you for such a lovely experience whilst we were in Geneva. Service: 5

Beau-Rivage is truly extraordinary and will forever hold a special place in our hearts. My wife and I stayed here for Valentine’s Day 2025 to celebrate a deeply personal milestone—my recovery after overcoming colon cancer—and we could not have chosen a more perfect place. We stayed in the Empress Sissi Suite, which was absolutely stunning. Spacious, elegant, and filled with natural light, with breathtaking views over Lake Geneva—it felt both regal and wonderfully serene.
