Very nice place in Basel! I was pleasantly surprised by the creative flavor combinations and the great variety on offer. Big plus for the kids’ corner - I came with my four-year-old, and he absolutely loved it. He didn’t want to leave! The staff was friendly, and always happy to help. From abroad, we were able to arrange for a delicious birthday cake to be delivered to our daughter at work in Basel. Ordering and payment were very simple, and the cake was hand-delivered on time. It looked beautiful and tasted even better. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Let me start by saying how wonderful this business is and how its owner is over the top with customer service & communication! Our dear friends literally just moved to Switzerland permanently from the US just a few days ago. We wanted to send them a cake as kind of a housewarming gift. We are all in our 70s & we knew this was a tremendous adjustment for them & just wanted to brighten their day. Owner Kasia Cybul was instrumental in helping us with buying & having delivered a special cake online from one country to a different country. She kept in communication with us keeping us updated right up to telling us when cake was delivered. The couple sent us texts along with pics of the beautiful carrot cake Basel Bake made for us. The couple called us today with so much joy & delight for us for having sent them a special gift! They also raved at how great a cake it was (carrot cake being their favorite) and that it was probably the best carrot cake they had ever had! Much thanks to Basel Bake & Kasia Cybul for making all this happen! So refreshing to deal with such a positive & helpful company & person today in the world we live in! Thank you Basel Bake!
