This comment is for the new Migrolino shop. This evening I was served by an alcoholic older lady with short black hair. I needed a new gas bottle and forgot the cap. When she asked me where the lid was, I told her that I had forgotten it. She immediately exclaimed in a loud and alcoholic voice that this wasn't possible, which also made me very aggro. How outrageous that you can treat a customer like that. Totally unprofessional and drinking has no place in the workplace.

Today December 10th around 10:30 a.m. Absolutely incompetent employee at the checkout. I typed a sports betting slip on the machine for 10 francs, 20 francs were inserted, meaning I could get 10 francs paid out. I wanted to do it too, the employee had no plan for the whole thing. At the top of the note it says in large letters "Payout, amount 10 francs", but she claimed that this payout slip had already been canceled, since the note says 10.12 (it's today...), not to mention that it's been half a year are redeemable. When the woman was completely overwhelmed, she seriously wanted me to go to another gas station to pay it off, saying "she didn't have time for that." When one of the lady's work colleagues finally managed it, I wanted to use the 10 francs to charge 2x espresso (total amount 7 francs), which means I get 3 francs back - but the lady wanted another 3 francs from me because she apparently didn't have sufficient knowledge of German don't know what change means. Disastrous there, unfriendly, incompetent, no language skills, scares away all customers (a customer after me had a similar experience because of a latte...) I wouldn't even buy my cigarettes here anymore because I would almost certainly get the wrong change or the lady wouldn't have any time for me. Either take a language course, go back to school, or look for a job where you don't have to talk or understand anything. Boss should URGENTLY rethink personnel policy, there are enough other gas stations that are much friendlier.
