We take this feedback seriously, but we strongly disagree with the description. Our tapas and pintxos are not “just pieces of bread” — every item is freshly prepared with quality ingredients, reflecting the authentic Spanish tradition of small plates, often served on bread as part of the culture. We are proud of the care and freshness that go into every dish, and most of our guests appreciate both the quality and the concept. While our style of dining may not have suited your personal expectations, it does not justify a one-star review.
