Vieni qui a degustare degli esotici pljeskavica, prebranac e minestra di fagioli bosniaca. Molti visitatori ordinano l'ottimo vino. We reserved a table for 10 people, when we arrived the table was dirty with glasses and plates from other guests, but we didn't mind because it was crowded. We waited patiently for the waiter to come, but he ignored us as if we weren't there. We have never experienced such discourtesy anywhere as from that waiter. After that, other people who didn't have a reservation came and he served them and just ignored us. We were with children, so we didn't feel like looking for another place. We called him several times, and after sitting for 40 minutes, he would throw menus on the table and say, think about it and I'll come. We had to call him to order a drink because he didn't even ask us if we wanted something to drink, and when we managed to order it, it took another 20 minutes for him to bring it, we ordered more drinks but didn't get it. We waited another half hour for the two plates and they were already cooled, the buns were iced and half frozen, coated with oil only. We got our food after an hour and a half of sitting. With the salary comes a salad that he didn't serve, we had to go to the bar and ask where the salad that goes with it is, and he replied that he couldn't bring it because it was billed at the moment. We have been guests of this restaurant more than once and we have brought friends who were disappointed and will not come here again. I'm sorry we didn't ask the waiter's name, but he will be recognized in the review. An older man, very rude. After we arrived a few minutes after 3:00 p.m. (more precisely at 3:06 p.m.) and took our reserved seats, we first waited for the waiter for a good 20 minutes to greet us and bring the menu. He comes back several times and brings the wrong order (wine instead of mineral water) and we get the first bottle of mineral water that we ordered for those who did not drink alcohol at 3:45 p.m. After that, the waiter, visibly uninterested in our table and order, goes around and brings food to the people around us who came at least half an hour after us. On top of everything, food that I believe is delicious and without fail, he brings hot and cold, buns ice cold!! He brings the salad after we have almost eaten the main course, with the excuse that I have to charge other people for it. I understand everything, the crowd and the human error, but for someone to deliberately and knowingly ignore you, behaving as if you shouldn't have come, that's something a person shouldn't experience. *The other waiters were literally blown away by their kindness and helpfulness towards their guests. We just obviously liked a man who doesn't like to work, at least not at a decent level.
