Una bellissima esperienza! Bilocale ampio, attrezzato e pulito. Vicino al mare e al paese. Tutto a portata di mano. Staff perfetto sia nella reception, al bar e per coloro che si occupano delle pulizie. Bravi tutti e grazie Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Nel cuore di Accioroli, ritornati per il secondo anno consecutivo, il Resort Ancora si conferma una garanzia. Posizione perfetta, spiaggia bellissima, mare spettacolare, piscina grande pulita e con idromassaggio, servizio impeccabile, personale disponibile e competente, ogni angolo è di una pulizia impressionante. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente anche l’anno prossimo. Rooms: Camere nuovissime, pulite, fresche, spaziose e con tutti i confort. Nearby activities: A pochi passi dal centro, dove trovare locali, ristoranti, porto, passeggio. Walkability: A piedi, in pochi minuti e di facile e comoda percorribilità raggiungiamo il centro, il corso, il porto. positive aspects: excellent location for walking to the center (you leave the car in the underground car park and forget it), the rooms close to the beach, the care of the greenery, excellent cleanliness. The restaurant, all in all, has moderate prices for the area and some good dishes, nothing more. END. Among the various sore points, however, the lack of professionalism of the staff occupies a special place. Some of them are really rude and pay little attention to the needs of customers, so much so that they don't hide the fact that they are almost annoyed by every little request. At check out, the girl at the reception (really unpleasant in her manner, never a smile, nor the classic courtesy phrase) denied me the possibility of staying in the room for a few more hours. Nothing, at 10.00 you have to leave the room free otherwise you will pay a supplement until 3.00 pm and beyond... (empty hotel, all rooms free...). Nor did he offer me temporary support for my suitcases, so much so that I had to leave them outside the room door. It's a shame that the check in and out times were not indicated in the booking confirmation while they gave me the room at around 3pm. Furthermore, the beach services are expensive for what they offer (in mid-September €40 first row and €30 from the third). The shower on the beach has to be paid for while to get a free shower they give you a code to enter the reserved area with showers near the bathrooms and the unbearable smell attached... (this choice is difficult to understand). What's absurd is that they close the beach at 9pm, you can't access it (get the resort on the beach and in the evening you can't even take a walk in the moonlight), perhaps to avoid paying for a security service. Nothing is specified when booking, almost making you think that beach services are included. Warning: do not book the room with breakfast! (croissant and cappuccino, end ) Better to go directly to the bar and order, given the normal prices of coffee and croissants (at least those). Noteworthy details: Rudeness of the staff. Non-existent breakfasts...coffee, cappuccino and croissant at the bar. Nothing savory or any particular homemade dessert. Rooms: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great view, Kid-friendly
